Inside the website

390+ pages covering the whole state

Most inspectors have a five-page site. Panoptic’s covers every service, every core market and the Iowa towns where a commercial client might be searching.

  • 390+Pages

    Dense page count, clean URLs

Services live under one folder, and every location URL names the service and the town, so people and search engines can tell what each page covers.

  • 9+Service pages

    One page per inspection type

Homebuyer, commercial, radon, sewer scope, mold, water, termite, multi-family and 11-month inspections each get their own page instead of sharing one list.

  • 346+Commercial town pages

    Statewide commercial pages

A commercial inspection page for towns across Iowa, built when he expanded commercial work statewide, so a property manager in Ames finds a page made for Ames.

  • 17+Gallery posts

    Blog-style defect gallery

Real defects from real inspections, like a gas leak in Ankeny or a sump pump problem in Pella, written up as short posts tied to the town.

  • 13+Links on one commercial page

    Internal linking strategy

Every commercial town page links to the home inspection city pages, and gallery posts link to related finds, so hundreds of statewide pages point back to his core markets.

The rebuild

A website built the right way

Nolan came to us from an agency that seemed more focused on promoting itself than on building his site properly. We rebuilt it around what homebuyers and real estate agents need: services, pricing, reviews and a clear way to schedule.

The home page says what he does and where, and links straight to his biggest markets: Davenport, Des Moines and Cedar Rapids.

Defect gallery

Every inspection becomes proof

Defects found on real inspections, like a gas leak in Ankeny or a deck defect in Coralville, are written up as short gallery posts.

Buyers see how thorough the inspections are, and each post adds a page tied to a town he serves.

Going statewide

A page for every town that matters

When Panoptic started taking commercial inspections across Iowa, we built a commercial page for each town, each one written for the people searching from there.

Now a property manager almost anywhere in Iowa can find a page from a Central Iowa inspector written for their town.

“I had previously been working with a company that seemed more focused on promoting their own SEO than building my site the right way. When I found Page1Design, the difference was night and day.”
